"Emi was a fantastic host. She showed us how to make gyoza/dumplings and a delicious vegetable dish. I have always had trouble making dumplings (even when I've done in-person classes), but Emi's way worked for me and my gyoza looked professional! They were also delicious. It was an enjoyable class and I highly recommend it! A great cultural and culinary experience from your own kitchen."
