"Even if we already know how to cook adobo, we took Isi's class because we know we'll learn a lot more than what is taught traditionally. Let's just say we got more than what we expected. We learned history, we "toured" the different methods of the major island groups, but most of all, we got to know a cool Pinoy! Thanks chef Isi!"

"This class was so much fun! Isi is a great host and extremely knowledgeable not only about adobo, but Filipino food in general. I had a great time engaging with her while cooking. Recommend for anyone wanting not just wanting to learn how to cook adobo, but for those who do know and want a deeper understanding or expand their dish repertoire."

"Isi was very professional and knowledgeable! We really enjoyed getting to learn more about the history of the Philippines and how that affected the country's food. She was also able to come up with substitutions when our local grocery store was out of some of the ingredients. She was also very accommodating with the 13 hour time difference. Everything came out delicious!"
