¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
½ tsp cumin seeds
10 shallots, crushed

Handful curry leaves
4 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric power
3 pieces Kerala tamarind (kodampuli) or regular tamarind
