Thoroughly enjoyable experience with Chef Sokun learning knife skills and preparation of Thai/Cambodian dishes including Krapow sauce, Tom yum soup and sauce for mango sticky rice. Sokun explained aspects well and we got experience mixing ingredients. It is a small quaint apartment used only for private/small group classes. Would be fun to return for more advanced lessons and be involved in more of the meal- sally October 15, 2026
