Antonio
Antonio is a proud Treviso native, born and raised just north of Venice. Cooking has been his passion since childhood. He learned from his parents and grandparents, eventually becoming the family cook and the keeper of cherished family recipes. Professionally, Antonio has worked and traveled internationally, studying and living abroad. These experiences gave him the joy of sharing his family’s meals with friends from around the world and taught him that food is one of the most powerful ways to connect across cultures. For Antonio, the best compliment is when someone asks for the recipe of what they’re tasting! He’s excited to welcome you into his kitchen and share his love for real Italian food - offering authentic, home-cooked recipes that go beyond the usual tourist fare. Outside the kitchen, Antonio is also passionate about sports, books, and music.

Enjoy a warm, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere as you share classic local dishes from Antonio’s kitchen, such as a selection of Italian cold cuts (prosciutto, salame, soppressa, coppa) served with freshly made piadina, homemade gnocchi al ragù, carbonara, spaghetti alla carrettiera (spaghetti with parsley-based sauce and breadcrumbs), or bucatini al sugo di noci, a traditional pasta with a rich walnut sauce, dessert like tiramisu, salame al cioccolato, or coppa morenita (a dessert made with ladyfingers, zabaione, and whipped cream). And to finish, a refreshing sgroppino, a local digestif made with lemon ice cream and prosecco.
