Today, Paola lovingly recreates these traditional dishes, keeping the flavors of her family recipes alive. In addition to regional Italian classics, Paola enjoys experimenting with recipes from across Italy and beyond, offering a delicious variety of dishes in her cooking classes and home-cooked meals. We had such a great time, learning how to make proper pasta and phenomenal Tiramisu! Me and my partner went in May and got to sit outside while eating. I never liked tiramisu but having it in Italy made with Paola's instructions was life changing. Can't wait to show off my skills to my family back home. Paola even went the extra mile to send us the recipes and extra recipes back home.- ahmed May 13, 2026
Pauloa was wonderful! A gracious and knowledgeable host. She was very hospitable. Her knowledge and recommendations of the markets were a nice little touch to this cooking class. I enjoyed the class and really learned how to make the tortellini. I would definitely do it again.- garrett May 05, 2026
This was an incredible experience! I wanted to learn technique and tradition, but I am GF. Paola did an amazing job teaching me to make pasta and tiramisu. It was just perfect! I hope to go back!- tracy April 24, 2026
Paola welcomed us (family of 6) into her beautiful home and led us in a fun, informative and delicious cooking lesson. She had done the perfect amount of prep so that we had hands on experience and made our own tortellini and tiramisu. The tiramisu was her own recipe and best we had ever had. The tortellini was great. She readily accommodated our request to have class vegetarian.- karen April 23, 2026
