Evita
Originally from Riga, Latvia, Evita splits her time between Riga and Tallinn, driven by a deep love for travel, cooking, and cultural exchange. For Evita, travelling is like breathing, when she returns home from one trip, she’s already planning the next! And when she’s not traveling, she welcomes the world into her home through her in-home dining experiences. She delights in meeting people, sharing her culture through food, and telling stories through dishes made with local, seasonal ingredients. Evita’s meals are homemade, with a focus on quality over quantity.
