Meet
Antonio and Christina
Antonio’s passion for culinary art led him to attend a cooking school, where he learned the fundamental elements that helped him transform foods into dishes to be enjoyed and appreciated in their entirety. He has been passionate about cooking since he was a child, watching his mother make home-made pasta – he was the sous chef, always happy to help her! Later Antonio graduated from culinary school and worked in many local restaurants – where he perfected the technique to make local, homemade dishes such as mariamman tortelli, gnocchi and pici. His food is influenced from his native land, Salento and homemade pasta combined with produce from the sea and the countryside. Antonio is excited to share his knowledge and his mother's traditional hand made pasta with those who would be interested in sharing a homecooked Italian meal in Tuscany!
