In Lisbon, where sunlit streets carry the aroma of spices, two friends found their calling in the kitchen. Meet Ana and Carina, professional chefs who share a deep love for Portuguese cuisine, culture, and tradition. Both trained at the ACPP - Portuguese Association of Professional Cooks and have worked in traditional Lisbon restaurants, building a strong foundation in authentic regional cooking. Drawn to teaching, they now host hands-on cooking classes for both locals and travelers. For Ana and Carina, the magic happens when guests cook side by side - sharing stories, techniques, and laughter. What begins as a class becomes a meaningful cultural exchange, where strangers connect over food and leave feeling like part of the family.
