      What an excellent experience from start to finish! Rafi is a wonderful host who greeted us with cold lemonade after our hour+ drive from Dorado. He is an easy conversationalist and he provided us with lots of Puerto Rican history of Cayey and the island. Rafi explained in detail the hows and whys as we cooked the signature dishes he selected. My family of 4 loved making the sofrito, stewed kidney beans, stewed rice, and tostones. For an authentic Puerto Rican cooking experience, look no further! Delicious food and absolutely gorgeous mountain views. Thank you Rafi! Highly recommend!!
