      This experience was perfect! Viviana is truly passionate about her culture and showcasing its history and traditions through food. She was a delight and took time to get to know each of us as well. The menu she planned was gluten free and allowed us to try real Puerto Rican food in a safe manner. I am so excited to try to replicate the dishes at home. I think we used plantains 5 different ways. Mofongo is our new favorite.. Book it, it will be one of if not the highlight of your trip!

She was high energy, incorporated great connecting activities, she is very knowledgeable and fun! The food was delicious and our students loved the learning experience and that it was so hands on!
