Cooking class with Marie. I am spending four weeks alone in Lebanon and wanted to learn how to cook lebanese food. So I booked an evening with Marie. She welcomed me very warmly to her home. We cooked together Tabouleh, Baba Ghanoush, Hummus and a dish with rice and fish (I don’t remember the name) and for dessert we baked traditional sweets with dates. After cooking we had dinner with two friends of Marie‘s and her daughter. The food was delicious and Marie and her friends were very kind. I enjoyed the evening very much and recommend the experience to anyone.

This experience exceeded all my expectations by a mile. Amazing family which allowed me into their home, participation in all food preparation and having food together afterwards as well as hearing stories , all combined, were unforgettable and priceless. Food couldn’t be any better to say the least One of a kind culinary experience with the utmost amicable and generous people anyone can get .

Nohad invited us in her house like family. We had a good time sharing stories and cooking with her family My kids played with their sons. We got to enjoy local life in a beautiful village of Monsef. It was a great day!

This has definitely been the best experience of our Lebanon trip!! It was not only very interesting to learn to cook traditional dishes, but also a unique opportunity to gain real insight into every day life and culture in Lebanon. Amal and her husband picked us up and after a delicious dinner with her lovely family we were brought back to our airbb in Beirut. Thank you all so much🙏🙏 Being welcomed into somebody’s home, made this experience really special and personal. Highly recommended👌👌
