Food tour Prague with Christian and Travelling Spoon. I think we made an excellent choice to go with Travelling spoon on the Food tour in Prague. With their food expert Christian the tour proved to be beyond our expectations. So much of delicious local food and alcoholic drinks we were served in the 5 food tasting stops we did was simply overwhelming. Plenty of valuable Czech history and knowledgeable tips on the ingredients and preparation of Czech food was shared with us. All the eating places we were taken to were classy and upmarket with a good mix of tourists and local people patronizing them. On booking we did feel the cost to be expensive but at the end of the 5 hour tour (an hour graciously extended for us senior citizens, being slow to complete and slow in gulping the food too), instead of the 4 hours contracted, we certainly came back to the hotel having secured value for money for the cost paid.
