A very good experience. The private Indian cooking class with Aastha in Antwerp was well-organized and strong in content. The explanations were clear and structured, with attention to both techniques and the use of spices. The setting was pleasant and quiet, allowing ample opportunity to ask questions and participate actively. The dishes we prepared were flavorful and provide a good overview of Indian cuisine. Recommended for anyone who wants to get acquainted with authentic Indian cooking in an accessible way.

We were given a very warm welcome by Lucy and given a tour of her large garden, where many flowers were in bloom, as well as a herb garden. Lucy had prepared a few things, and we made appetizers together: spiced eggplant and avocado dip. Lucy already had a platter ready with cheese and meat. We were also served Asparagus Flamande and Waterzooi, typical Belgian dishes. We finished with strawberries dipped in dark chocolate sauce. We received tips and saw how everything was prepared, but we didn't really feel like a cooking class where we had to do a lot ourselves; it felt more like a very cozy Flemish dinner with very nice people. Hats off to you!! It was super delicious and enjoyable.

This was a great evening with Ine. She walked with us around her neighborhood to market, bakery and butcher. We returned to her home and helped prepare a wonderful meal with appetizers, delicious asparagus and a chicken leak soup that really hit the spot. Wine was included. It was great to share a meal with such a gracious host. We left feeling like we mad a new friend.
